BMI Leisure is a successful and profi­table scale-up and has acquired a top tier position as a SaaS (Software as a Service) solution provider within the leisure industry. Our all-in-one solution has been recognized as best-in-class for enter­tainment centers worldwide. We help these centers to optimize their full opera­tional flow across venues, enhance the guest experience and automate their marketing efforts.

We’ve been in the industry for over 20 years and have recently exceeded our growth targets with a YoY revenue growth of over 28% and recurring revenue growth of over 20%. We hold a global customer portfolio of over 300 accounts across 70 countries, and have currently a growing team of 30 experts with 15 natio­na­lities.

To foster our big ambitions and accelerate our exponential growth, we continue to expand our team. Therefore, we are looking for an ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE BENELUX, UKI & SCAN

Job Highlights

  • Territory identi­fi­cation and research, to formalize a go-to-market territory strategy
  • Pipeline develo­pment through a combi­nation of personal high-level business develo­pment, business trips, calling, email campaigns, and market sector knowledge/​intelligence
  • Engage with prospective organiza­tions to position our solutions through strategic value-based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, and references.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process by engaging appro­priate internal resources such as Customer Service Managers, Execu­tives, Partners, etc.
  • Accurate monthly forecasting and revenue delivery.
  • Demon­strating added value on an opera­tional, commercial, and financial level.
  • Account management of the existing customer base, including up- and cross-selling.
  • Provide input on the product roadmap.
  • Closely cooperate with your inter­na­tional sales and technical colle­agues.

For this, we would like you to bring:

  • 23 years of experience as an account executive within a SaaS Industry
  • Minimum Bache­lor’s degree level, by education or experience
  • Willingness to travel, flexi­bility in hours and location
  • You are a natural sales hunter and have experience in managing accounts
  • Great relati­onship skills and network to prove that
  • A positive and upbeat attitude
  • English and Dutch minimum level C, additional languages are a plus
