Quality is key at BMI Leisure, so we are continuously updating and expanding our software solutions. These are the highlights of our releases in November 2022.
1. A new look for our achievements screens
The achievements screens in our mobile app received an upgrade.
2. Retrieve the event subscription link from home
As from now, you can retrieve the event subscription link through our Online Office solution as well. This allows you to manage a party booking when you’re away from your venue. Any colleague that works remotely, or even your preferred call center can step in to help you share the group registration link.
Sharing this link in advance increases the amount of upfront registrations, resulting in a smoother check-in process for both you and your guests.
We also enabled the ability to translate your Online Office module into every language.
3. VAT numbers in POS and on printed receipts
As from now you can directly add the VAT number to any bill, both on digital and printed receipts.
4. EMV tickets
Terminals that are fully integrated with our software will now print EMV tickets when a transaction is declined or refunded. Are you unsure whether your terminal is fully integrated? Our colleagues from Support will gladly help you out.
5. Shortcut to our Support Center
Our brand new Support Center contains many knowledge articles to cover most of your urgent questions. It also contains a contact form and an overview of your support tickets and their status.
We added a shortcut in the help menu of our desktop modules, so our Support colleagues are only a few clicks away.
6. Extended payment and fiscal integrations
Anyone in Scandinavia can now integrate our software with the payment provider Nets (NetsEasy), and as well with payment terminal Ingenico Lane 3000.
Anyone in the UK can integrate our software with the Worldpay IPC3 Terminal (Verifone p800).
Anyone in Portugal can now integrate our software with Vendus, a fiscal POS software.
