We’re heading back to Orlando in November for IAAPA Expo 2026, and this year you’ll find us at booth S3088, in the Family Entertainment area of the Orange County Convention Center.

If you run a karting track, a family entertainment center or a trampoline park, come say hi. Bring the problems that keep you up at night: slow check-ins, party bookings that live in a spreadsheet, a POS that doesn’t talk to anything else. That’s the conversation we want to have.

The details

Show floor: November 17–20, 2026
Education Conference: November 16–19, 2026
Where: Orange County Convention Center, Orlando, Florida
Find us at: Booth S3088, Family Entertainment area

What we’re bringing to the booth

Karting centers

Races, bookings and check-in working together, so your front desk isn’t juggling three screens while the next heat is waiting.

Karting software →

Family entertainment centers

Tickets, food and drinks, parties, memberships and RFID wristbands, all from one place and across every attraction.

FEC software →

Trampoline parks

Waivers, timed jump sessions and capacity control, without the bottleneck at the entrance.

Trampoline park software →

And there’s one more thing. We’re bringing something new to Orlando this year, and we’re not saying more until the show. If you want to be one of the first to see it, stop by S3088.

Book a time before the show

IAAPA gets crowded, and the best conversations rarely happen while you’re shouting over the noise of the aisle. Tell us which day works for you and we’ll save a slot.

A few words on IAAPA Expo 2026

If this is your first IAAPA, it can feel like a lot. More than 1,100 exhibitors fill the convention center, and this year the expo adds the new West Building. On top of the show floor, there are over 170 education events, from guest experience to safety and operations.

You register through IAAPA’s official site. It’s worth downloading their Connect+ app before you fly, so you can map out the booths you want to visit. Two days pass faster than you think.

Shopping for venue software at IAAPA? Ask these questions

We talk to operators at every show who tell us the same thing: every booth sounds great, and afterward it’s hard to compare. Here’s what we’d ask any software company, us included.

Can a guest book and pay from their phone in under a minute? Ask them to do it in front of you, not just show you a slide.

Does one system handle everything you sell? Tickets, food and drinks, retail and parties. If it takes two or three systems, you’ll be reconciling reports every week.

What happens on your busiest day? Ask how check-in, waivers and capacity hold up when the line goes out the door.

Do memberships and packages actually bring people back? Ask to see how they’re sold and redeemed.

Can you market to your own guests from the same platform? Your guest data is your best marketing asset, and it shouldn’t sit in a separate tool.

Who picks up the phone at 8 p.m. on a Saturday? Support hours matter more than you think, because that’s when your venue is actually open.

How do they move your data when you switch? A good answer includes a timeline, a person in charge and training for your team.
